John Greco is the Qualifying Broker and a licensed REALTOR® since 2004 after retiring as a Postmaster for 30 years in Michigan and Illinois. John holds a B.A. in Economics from Western Michigan University where he ran on the National Championship Cross-Country team and track teams. After graduation, he competed on the U.S. Army Orienteering Team.
He’s currently involved with several community activities including the Bataan Memorial Death March, Senior Olympics, Thanks Team WSMR, and is also a loyal Chicago Cubs fan.

Tracy Hadley is a licensed REALTOR®.
Tracy Hadley was born in Nebraska and received her degree from the University of Nebraska in 1983. After visiting New Mexico that same year, she was hooked by its beauty and moved. Her career path in New Mexico has included jobs involved in industrial and filtration supply and expertise in specialty gases and metals. Tracy’s clients included oil and gas companies, power plants, Los Alamos and Sandia Laboratories and research facilities, and Santa Fe area art foundries. Tracy covered territory throughout the Southwest and into Juarez, Mexico. After having a career that required many hours behind the wheel, Tracy completed the education, training and licensing needed to enter the banking and financial world. Her 16 year career as a home, construction and commercial lender for Taylor, Bean and Whitaker ended when they closed their doors in 2009. She became a real estate agent that same year. Subsequently, Tracy began a partnership in the expansion and construction of the Calista Animal Hospital Boarding Facility .
Tracy’s careers and natural entrepreneurship gave her the ability to purchase several investment properties over the years. These purchases have provided her not only with financial security, but also have given her experience in property management, home maintenance, repair and improvement as well as a good working knowledge of dealing with contractors and sub contractors. Her career and investment experience and her desire to provide state of the art and caring service lead her to Desert Star Realty. The combination of an efficient, professional brokerage and Tracy’s depth of knowledge in finance, lending and home improvement give her abilities to excel in the real estate world.

Meg traces her roots back to the founding families in our state. This depth in New Mexico history gives her a unique perspective and commitment for responsible growth not only within the Las Cruces community, but within the state. She attributes her deep sense of stewardship for New Mexico, its land and its people to these farming, ranching and teaching roots.
As a banker, Meg became familiar with the financial and economic climate of New Mexico. Her later experience as a member of the construction industry, and her continued personal experience in land investment, business ownership, building, renovating and remodeling serve to round out her perspective about real estate. Tamra Greco handles the administrative duties of Desert Star Realty and has been a licensed Realtor since 2006. She moved to Las Cruces from Kalamazoo, Michigan in 2005. Tamra taught Anatomy at Davenport University after earning her degrees from Western Michigan University in Health Studies and Holistic Health. She also writes for Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Publishing in the medical textbook Stedman’s division.
Her son Ryan is currently in the U.S. Navy serving on a nuclear attack submarine - Los Angeles Class. He lives in Honolulu with his wife Nicole and their two daughters, Kyleigh and Skylar. Tamra is also involved with community events on the Thanks Team WSMR and Lupus Support group.
